Repair & Exchange Policy

Repair & Exchange Policy of Pak Punjab Fan

All products purchased from www.ppfan.net can be exchanged within 15 days only if:
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from the product you had purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing us at pakpunjabfans@gmail.com or via WhatsApp or by calling at +92 303 4298883 in case you have an issue.
  • You will be required to WhatsApp photographic evidence of the defective item or Email at pakpunjabfans@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
  • In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Pak Punjab Fans (89-A, Small Industrial Estate No.3 (EPZ), G.T. Road, Gujranwala, Pakistan) within 15 days of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection, Pak Punjab Fans shall issue a replacement against the product(s) mentioned in the invoice.
There are certain scenarios where it is impossible for us to offer exchange such as:
  • Exchange request is made beyond the specified time period.
  • Product is damaged because of misuse or mishandling.
  • The product has been tampered or anything is missing from the package.The product has been tampered or anything is missing from the package including labels, original packing, and accessories.
Pak Punjab Fans do not offer Cash refunds on purchased items. A “refund” may only be issued if:
  • The customer cancels the order before Pak Punjab Fans starts processing the shipment.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc., and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.
