Warranty on the Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, Wall Bracket Fan, and Pedestal Fan Motor is valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Plastic Body Parts are not covered under Warranty. Parts and labor will be charged even during the warranty period.

AC/DC Inverter fan motor carries  2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Components of fans including remote and Motor PCB have a 1-year repair warranty from the date of purchase.

Unacceptable Claims:

• PCB is damaged because of severe dust and humidity.
• Any part or component of the PCB is burst.
• Market-repaired PCBs will not be entertained in warranty.
• Physically damaged PCB or PCB having any component damaged will not be entertained in the warranty.
• Fuse, NTC, and MOV components will not be entertained in warranty as these are safety components and these components only fail whenever there is an abnormal input supply.
• Burst capacitors in AC/DC PCB running on DC supply will not be entertained in warranty because it happens due to continuous over-voltage supply from the DC side.
• Note: Parts and labor will be charged even during the warranty period. Warranty is applicable for purchases made after May 1st, 2024.

• Warranty is valid only if the motor burns due to manufacturing fault. In such cases, only the motor or burned spare parts will be replaced.
• The warranty is not valid if the motor and parts are burnt due to voltage fluctuation.
• The warranty is not valid if the fan is burnt due to the wrong connection or wrong installation process.
• Products damaged due to water seepage or value capacitors are not covered under warranty.
• Any fault or damage resulting from an accident attempted repair, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer is not covered under warranty.
• The warranty is not valid if the appliance has not been installed, maintained, or operated as per instructions given by the manufacturer.
• The warranty is only valid if the fan is bought from an authorized dealer or purchased online from www.ppfan.net.
• Pak Punjab Fans is not liable for Indirect, Incidental or Consequential damages in connection with the usage of Pak Punjab Fans Products.
• Make sure to review the Dealer Certificate before buying the fan to ensure that the dealer is authorized to sell our products.
• If the consumer is unable to provide proof of purchase at the time of claiming the warranty, then the manufacturing date mentioned on the claiming product will be considered as the purchase date to count the warranty period.
• Warranty terms cannot be modified or changed by any person, third party, distributor , or dealer. Only the company holds the right to modify or to update terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. The Warranty card is not transferable and not replaceable in the event of a loss.
• This warranty is only valid on products that are manufactured by Pak Punjab Fans.
• These terms are valid in Pakistan only.
